
Account Executive

Your responsibilities include the following: Manage the sales pipeline and source leads on the Glovender CRM
Plan and execute sales activities that will ensure sales growth objectives
Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
Utilize cold calling, networking, door knocking, social media, referrals, and emailing to generate new sales opportunities
Identify prospect's needs and show empathy towards their challenges
Build long-term trusting relationships with clients by adding value to their business
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Report to the sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
Set and conduct client Meet & Greet sessions
Provide the Glovender leadership team with market insights and feedback as needed
Attend and represent Glovender at local events and expos
Requirements: High school graduate or higher
0-2 years of sales or customer service experience
Passion for sales and outsourcing/sourcing
Excellent communication and presentation skills
A positive and can-do attitude
Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
Ability to attend weekly team meetings
Ability to fulfill weekly responsibilities, meet deadlines and achieve goals
Fluency in English
