Personal Insurance Account Manager

Insurance Recruiter for Maryland/DC/Virginia Areas We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. Handle account rounding and remarketing as needed. Collaborate with the team to achieve new business production goals. Utilize Applied EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records. Potentially transition into a management role after one year, depending on performance and organizational needs. Qualifications / Requirements Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience: Minimum of 7 years of personal lines insurance experience. Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is required.
