Personal Lines Account Manager
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, community-oriented environment.
Compensation Package
Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000+ (depending on experience)
Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and 401(k) with matching.
Responsibilities
Providing A-Z servicing of personal lines accounts, including client service, remarketing renewals, and handling daily interactions.
Managing a low volume of walk-in traffic (approximately two visits per week).
Quoting new and renewal business.
Utilizing Applied Epic software for account management (training provided if necessary).
Supporting the growth of the organization by delivering exceptional service and contributing to the development of high-net-worth clientele.
Qualifications/Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Applied Epic software is preferred, but not required. Candidates should be tech-savvy and willing to learn.
Client Focus: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first approach.
Growth-Oriented: A desire to grow professionally and contribute to the expansion of the organization.
Additional Experience: Experience with high-net-worth clientele is a plus.
