Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Miami, FL, with opportunities for remote work. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and selling Edflex’s innovative learning solutions. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, conducting client presentations and product demonstrations, managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, and meeting revenue targets. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver exceptional service and drive client success.
Qualifications
Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, building client relationships, and closing deals.
Experience in account management, client relationship management, and contract negotiations.
Knowledge of corporate training, e‑learning, or SaaS solutions is preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients and stakeholders.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment with a self‑motivated and results‑driven approach.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales‑related software is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Previous experience within the EdTech or learning and development industry is a plus.
