Overview
Created 36 years ago, the PCA Group of Companies (PCA) is a privately‑owned, global beauty holding company. Currently being led by the founders and the next generation of the family, the Group spans ~1,500 employees in 5 geographic locations around the world, focused on omnichannel distribution and fulfillment for the beauty category. Multiple subsidiaries with distinct leadership, business direction, and separate financial structure.
Full‑time schedule, 5 days a week (4 in‑office, Monday‑Thursday 9 am‑6 pm, Friday work from home 9 am – 6 pm).
Key Responsibilities
Walmart Assortment Setup
Coordinate with brand partners to obtain “authorized seller” status through brand portals
Receive buying team assortments and manage approval workflows, including hazmat identification
Manage product gating and monitor for lapses
GWP & Specialty Bag Program Execution:
Source packaging and bags 6 months ahead of activation; coordinate with external vendors and issue POs
Merchandise multi‑branded bag assortments and secure internal alignment
Establish item codes for all products upon PO approval
Coordinate bag shipment to retail marketing teams for asset creation and visual merchandising
Reach out to brand partners for product inclusion (cost vs. no‑cost determination)
Issue POs to brands for shipment and assembly orders to DC for bundle/pack creation
Report on bag demand during promotional periods; manage inventory replenishment
Sampling Logistics & Fulfillment:
Track brand sampling intake forms; compile and organize sampling opportunities in master tracker
Establish item codes for all samples arriving at the distribution center
Coordinate with offshore teams to issue relevant brand partner POs
Track retail partner sampling requests throughout the year, ensuring proper fulfillment
eComm Item Listings (1P & 3P):
Complete required forms for eComm sites; liaise with retailer teams on implementation
Manage brand follow‑ups on outstanding eComm needs and inputs
Project‑manage upload teams for all brands onto eComm platforms; troubleshoot with partners
Conduct audits on active listings to ensure proper content and live status
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or eCommerce coordination
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data cleanup)
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously
Clear, proactive communicator comfortable working across internal teams and external brand partners
