About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Marketing to play a pivotal role in the growth and success of its platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and scaling a referral-driven growth engine, with a focus on real estate agents, brokers, and loan officers. This role demands a hands-on, highly quantitative marketing leader with a proven track record in performance marketing, particularly in the context of high-intent acquisition. Key responsibilities include designing and operating the growth system, from demand generation to conversion, and leading the marketing technology and growth analytics efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital platforms at the intersection of proptech, fintech lending, and real estate transaction technology, and will be adept at translating demand signals into measurable transaction growth. Candidates for the VP, Marketing position at the company should have a strong background in performance marketing, with a focus on high-intent demand capture and conversion. Experience in growth-stage or transformation environments, where commercial growth and partner ecosystem engagement are critical, is essential. The role requires a leader who can not only drive growth but also build and scale commercial capabilities within the organization.
