About the Role
The Company is in search of a visionary Head of Marketing to spearhead its North American marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's growth goals in the region. This role demands a hands-on leader who can drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through the use of the latest digital tools, AI-powered analytics, and integrated systems. Key responsibilities include leading multi-channel campaigns across various platforms, overseeing the implementation and optimization of modern marketing systems, and driving advanced tracking, attribution, and ROI measurement. The Head of Marketing will also be tasked with building and mentoring a high-impact marketing team, collaborating with executive leadership, and staying ahead of industry trends by integrating emerging technologies. Applicants for the Head of Marketing position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA preferred, and have at least 10 years' of progressive marketing experience, including a minimum of 5 years in senior leadership. The role requires deep expertise in current social media ecosystems, paid and organic strategies, and platform-specific best practices, particularly those related to AI-assisted tools. A proven track record in cutting-edge marketing systems, strong proficiency in analytics and reporting tools, and experience in measuring and optimizing ROI across channels are essential.
