About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Marketing to lead the strategic development and execution of a 3-year integrated marketing roadmap. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value across all business units. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in a B2C service environment, particularly those with high transaction volume and fast sales cycles. The VP of Marketing will have direct ownership of a substantial marketing budget, with the autonomy to test, learn, and scale initiatives. Key responsibilities include full-funnel demand generation, brand stewardship, and championing a culture of data-driven decision-making. The role also requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, particularly in aligning marketing efforts with operational and sales goals. Applicants for the VP of Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of progressive marketing leadership experience, including P&L responsibility and team management. A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is required, with an MBA or advanced certification being a plus. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on expertise in paid media, lifecycle marketing, CRM, and modern analytics platforms, and a proven ability to meet or exceed revenue-tied KPIs. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder-influencing skills are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience in scaling marketing programs across multi-location or franchise models, familiarity with various marketing and BI tools, and a background in customer journey mapping and CX optimization.
