We are seeking a full-time Sales Representative for our OOH (Out-of-Home) Media division, based on-site in Worcester, MA. In this role, you will identify and engage potential clients, present advertising opportunities, and build relationships with businesses seeking targeted digital marketing solutions. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, delivering customized media campaigns, negotiating terms, and meeting revenue goals. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution, provide excellent customer service, and maintain regular communication with clients to assess their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Proven sales expertise with experience in lead generation, client pitching, and relationship management
- Strong knowledge of advertising, marketing strategies, and OOH (Out-of-Home) media
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in sales tools and CRM software
- Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of meeting sales targets
- Prior experience in digital advertising or OOH media sales is strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is advantageous
