Account Executive – Nashville (Hybrid)
Location: Nashville, TN (Mon–Thu in-office, Fri remote)

What You’ll Actually Do
- Prospect daily into high-growth companies via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Book and run discovery calls
- Qualify opportunities using structured sales methodology
- Build and manage your own pipeline
- Close new revenue consistently
- Learn from experienced sales leaders in a collaborative in-office setting
You will be measured on activity, pipeline creation, and closed revenue. Clear expectations. Clear scoreboard.
What Success Looks Like
- 3–5x pipeline coverage consistently
- Exceeding monthly revenue targets
- Promotion eligibility within 12–18 months
- Increased earnings through commission and performance bonuses
Compensation & Growth
Base Salary: Starting at $48K
OTE: $75K–$90K+ (uncapped commission)
Top performers will exceed OTE.
Promotion path:

What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of outbound sales experience (SaaS or digital preferred)
- Competitive mindset
- Comfort with high activity levels
- Coachability and resilience
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Outreach preferred
