What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with homeowners and local communities
- Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, and storm follow-ups
- Conduct roof inspections (training provided) and provide solutions
- Present proposals, close sales, and guide customers through the process
- Represent First Light Home Services with professionalism and integrity
What We’re Looking For
- Driven, goal-oriented individuals with strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation, smartphone and/or tablet/laptop
- Willingness to work flexible hours (evenings/weekends as needed)
- Comfortable working outdoors and inspecting roofs
- Prior sales experience is a plus — training provided for the right fit
