Personal Lines Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to manage a book of personal lines clients. Responsibilities include being main point of contact for clients, processing, claims, changes, renewals, rounding accounts when relevant, and day to day servicing of accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned personal lines accounts, including quotes, coverage changes, renewals, and certificates
• Maintain accurate data in agency management systems
• Review policies and documents for consistency and compliance
• Communicate with clients and underwriters to address inquiries and gather information
• Analyze insurance-related contract requirements
• Provide excellent customer service and contribute positively to the team environment

Qualifications

• Active and valid State of Michigan Property & Casualty Insurance License
• 2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance account management, handling middle market accounts. High-net-worth experience also preferred.
• Proficiency AMS360 and/or Applied EPIC preferred
