What You’ll Do

• Drive new business through consultative selling
• Build relationships with prospects and clients through phone, email, and networking
• Identify client needs and recommend insurance solutions
• Deliver exceptional service to maintain and expand client relationships
• Consistently hit production and performance goals

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Coachable and growth-driven mindset
• Comfortable building your own pipeline through networking and prospecting
• Insurance license is a plus (not required)

Compensation

• $40,000 base salary
• Plus commission

On-Target Earnings (OTE)

• Year 1: $50K–$70K
• Year 2: $80K–$90K
• Year 3: $110K–$130K

Top performers can reach six figures in year one.
