Account Management – Strategic Growth Lead

A growing B2B marketing agency is seeking a Strategic Growth Lead to manage executive-level client relationships, drive account momentum, and connect marketing initiatives to measurable business outcomes. This role focuses on leading multiple client engagements, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring consistent delivery in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage senior client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor
  • Drive day-to-day account momentum, ensuring projects stay on track and deliver results
  • Translate marketing initiatives into business impact (revenue, pipeline, positioning)
  • Identify risks and opportunities, proactively recommending solutions
  • Lead scopes, proposals, and account growth initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution across campaigns
  • Maintain strong communication, follow-through, and accountability across all accounts

Required Qualifications:

  • 4-5+ years of experience in a B2B marketing agency, consulting, or client-facing role
  • Proven experience managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies (demand generation, digital, growth)
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and executive-level clients
  • Ability to connect marketing performance to business outcomes
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred:

  • Experience developing scopes, proposals, and pricing in an agency setting
  • Familiarity with marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics
  • Experience in high-growth or performance-driven agency environments
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to challenge clients constructively
