We are hiring a high-performing Account Executive Manager to lead and scale a team of quota-carrying Account Executives in a fast-paced SaaS sales environment. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on sales leader who thrives in short sales cycles, drives pipeline generation, and knows how to coach reps to consistently exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and coach a team of 3–4 Account Executives in a pod structure
  • Drive team performance against a $20K MRR team quota
  • Build and maintain a high-performance, metrics-driven sales culture
  • Coach team members on deal strategy, pipeline management, and closing techniques
  • Ensure strong execution of monthly and quarterly sales cadences
  • Partner with leadership to scale sales processes and improve conversion rates
  • Maintain a strong understanding of mid-market SaaS sales dynamics

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience closing deals in the $50K–$100K ACV range
  • Experience managing short sales cycles (1–3 months preferred)
  • Strong background in high-velocity sales environments
  • Minimum 1+ year of people management experience
  • Proven success coaching and developing 3–4 quota-carrying Account Executives
  • Strong track record of driving team quota attainment
  • Experience working in monthly or quarterly quota cycles
  • Candidates with only annual quota experience will not be considered
  • Minimum 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Dynamics
  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in Sales
  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in SaaS
