We are looking for a high-performing Account Executive Manager to lead and scale a team of quota-carrying AEs in a fast-paced, high-velocity SaaS environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in short sales cycles, drives consistent pipeline generation, and excels at coaching reps to exceed targets.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, manage, and coach a team of 3–4 Account Executives (pod structure)
- Drive team performance against a $20K MRR team quota
- Foster a high-performance, metrics-driven sales culture
- Coach reps on deal strategy, pipeline management, and closing techniques
- Ensure consistent execution of monthly or quarterly sales cadences
- Partner with leadership to scale processes and improve conversion rates
- Maintain a strong understanding of mid-market SaaS sales dynamics
What We’re Looking For
Sales & Deal Experience
- Experience closing deals with $50K–$100K ACV
- Proven success managing short sales cycles (1–3 months preferred)
- Background in high-velocity sales environments (fast pipeline movement)
Leadership Experience
- Minimum 1+ year of people management experience
- Proven ability to coach and develop 3–4 quota-carrying reps
- Strong track record of driving team quota attainment
Sales Motion Requirements
- Experience operating in monthly or quarterly quota cycles
- (Annual-only quota experience will not be considered)
Compensation & Growth
- OTE Range: $240K – $270K
- Base Salary Range: $110K – $125K (based on experience)
- Clear career progression with multiple leadership levels
- High earning potential — top performers can exceed $300K+ OTE
