We’re partnering with a rapidly scaling SaaS company expanding its North America sales team. This is a high-velocity, new business role focused on driving revenue with mid-market customers in a strong inbound-driven environment.

Responsibilities



  • Own full-cycle sales from inbound qualification through close
  • Manage a high-velocity pipeline with consistent deal flow
  • Drive new customer acquisition while building long-term relationships
  • Run discovery, demos, and commercial conversations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer teams


Qualifications



  • 3–6 years of sales experience, Tech, SaaS, AI or similar


Required Skills



  • Strong track record of hitting or exceeding quota
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Ability to run a structured sales process and close efficiently
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)

Pay range and compensation package



Base: $90K–$100K



OTE: $180K–$200K (uncapped)
