• 3–5+ years in multi-location or multi-brand marketing — hospitality, restaurant, or nightlife

experience is a strong plus

• Proficiency with CRM, loyalty platforms, email/SMS tools, and analytics dashboards

• Experience managing paid social strategy and influencer programs

• Comfortable reading data (website, social, email) and turning it into action

• Background in nightlife, F&B, or entertainment marketing

• Experience with delivery/to-go platforms (ChowNow, Uber Eats, DoorDash)

• You've built or overhauled a loyalty or retention program

• Managed external agency or vendor relationships

WHY ALIFE

• Health insurance for eligible team members

• Paid time off that grows with your tenure

• Family meal every shift — always on us

• A multi-brand portfolio that means more opportunities, not dead ends
