Riverton Pointe Golf & Country Club is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Assistant Golf Professional. Qualified candidates will have previous experience as an Assistant Golf Professional, thrive in a hospitality environment, and be highly focused on providing superior customer service. Riverton Pointe Golf & Country Club is a high-end private golf community. The Club is seeking an Assistant Golf Professional to support the Head Golf Professional in the daily operations of a premier golf program. Riverton Pointe offers a year-round golf program, with peak seasons in the spring and fall. The course hosts approximately 33,000 rounds annually and features a full calendar of traditional member events including a premier Member-Guest tournament. The Club has also proudly hosted notable events such as the Big East Championship, further reflecting its reputation as a top-tier Private golf facility. Compensation: $18.00-$20.00 per hour Experience Required: PGA Associate in/or through level 1. Responsibilities: Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of golf tournaments and special events, including tournament setup, scoring, and administration using Golf Genius software. Organize, run, and actively participate in weekly member games to promote engagement, camaraderie, and enjoyment of the game. Build and maintain positive relationships with members and their guests by providing a high level of service and personalized engagement. Provide individual and group golf instruction to players of varying skill levels, including ladies' and senior golf programs. Collaborate effectively with the golf operations team, course maintenance staff, and management to ensure smooth daily operations and an exceptional golf experience. Oversee daily golf shop operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining a professional retail environment. Support and promote ladies' as well as men's leagues, events, and programming to encourage participation and member engagement. Ensure the golf course and practice facilities are presented in excellent condition throughout the day. Deliver outstanding customer service while fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members and guests.
