Robert Half is working with a client who is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager with experience supporting
big‑box or industrial retail
accounts. This role is
fully onsite (5 days a week)
and focuses on strengthening partnerships with major retailers, managing product presentation both in-store and online, and executing marketing initiatives that drive visibility and sales.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with marketing teams at major big‑box retailers. Ensure all in‑store and online product placements are accurately represented, optimized, and performing as intended. Develop, launch, and manage ongoing online marketing campaigns to support product awareness and sales. Oversee updates to online product pages, ensuring content, imagery, and positioning are compelling and accurate. Manage packaging design and layout across product categories; collaborate with customer brand teams to ensure compliance with brand guidelines. Maintain retail partners’ online product databases with consistent, up‑to‑date information. Manage updates to in‑store assets, including signage, photography, planograms, and product groupings. Own budgeting for direct marketing initiatives tied to existing retail accounts. Review and update promotional content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across all platforms. Participate in trade shows and industry events as needed. Stay current on market trends, competitive activity, and category insights to support long‑term marketing strategy. Support new business development by identifying key contacts, building relationships, and participating in client engagement activities with major retail targets.
Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of marketing management experience. Strong experience working with big‑box or industrial retail customers Background in retail or partner marketing strongly preferred.
