Overview
A growing aerospace manufacturing company in the Tempe area is seeking a
Customer Service Representative
to support its global repair operations. This role works closely with airlines, aircraft manufacturers, and defense customers to coordinate repair orders, track deliveries, and ensure a smooth customer experience from quote through shipment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a
fast-paced technical environment , managing customer communication, and supporting operations teams within a regulated aerospace industry. Responsibilities
Enter repair order data and maintain records in internal ERP and repair management systems Provide customers with repair quotes, delivery updates, and order status information Coordinate the receipt and shipment of repair components through internal systems Generate invoices and maintain documentation related to repair orders Track and report key performance metrics such as
Turnaround Time (TAT)
and
On-Time Delivery (OTD) Serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the repair lifecycle—from intake to final shipment Work cross-functionally with finance, sales, and operations teams to process orders and resolve customer issues Assist with customer account setup, credit terms, and order administration Maintain clear communication with domestic and international customers Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in
customer service, administrative support, or sales support
in a manufacturing environment Experience managing customer orders, purchase orders, or repair processes Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to read and interpret customer purchase orders or contract requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams Preferred Experience
ERP systems such as
Epicor or similar platforms Aerospace or regulated manufacturing environments Experience with government or defense contract documentation Additional Information
Full-time position, Monday – Friday schedule Occasional overtime may be required depending on workload Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in both office and light production environments Pay Details:
