Role Description We are seeking a full-time Real Estate Professional for a hybrid role based in Livermore, CA, with some flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties; managing property listings; providing expert advice on real estate market trends; liaising with other real estate professionals; and guiding clients through transactions. The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Real Estate, Real Property, and Real Estate Development
Proven experience in Sales and Customer Service within the real estate market
Ability to effectively communicate, negotiate, and build client relationships
Licensed as a Real Estate Agent in California (required); Nevada license is a plus
Proficiency with real estate databases and technology tools
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational and time-management skills
Experience in understanding real estate laws, contracts, and market analysis
Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
