Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role located in the Greater St. Louis area. The Real Estate Agent will support buyers, sellers, and investors in the property transaction process. Responsibilities include conducting property showings, preparing market analyses, negotiating sale agreements, and assisting clients with every step of the real estate journey. The agent will also be expected to maintain current knowledge of market trends and legal requirements to ensure compliance and excellent service. Qualifications

Proficiency in real estate practices and knowledge of real property regulations Strong skills in sales and customer service Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, driven, and capable of working independently Familiarity with the Greater St. Louis area and local real estate market is a plus Proficient with real estate technology platforms and tools
