This part-time Real Estate Agent role is an on-site position located in Los Angeles, CA. The agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and managing real estate transactions. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, conducting property showings, assisting with market analysis, preparing real estate documentation, and facilitating negotiations. The role requires consistent collaboration with clients and other real estate professionals to meet and exceed client needs. Qualifications
Possession of a valid Real Estate License Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property knowledge Strong Customer Service and Sales skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships Prior real estate experience is preferred but not required Self-motivated with the ability to work under minimal supervision
