is seeking a
Customer Sales Representative
to support both
customer service and business development activities . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with customers while also contributing to revenue growth through proactive sales support and outreach. The position serves as the
primary contact for customer accounts , helping manage orders, quotations, and inquiries while working closely with engineering and operations teams to ensure excellent service and delivery. Key Responsibilities
Customer Account Support Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts via phone, email, and occasional in-person meetings Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner Process sales orders, returns, and credits while coordinating shipment timelines and delivery status Review order requirements including pricing, delivery terms, and customer specifications Track orders and shipments using internal business systems and follow up with customers when needed Gather customer feedback and coordinate with internal teams to improve service and delivery performance Sales Support & Business Development Prepare quotations and proposals using internal pricing guidelines Identify potential sales opportunities and follow up on open quotations Support outreach activities to develop new customer relationships Participate in customer visits, industry events, or technical discussions when needed Contribute to achieving sales targets and expanding the customer base Internal Collaboration Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity reports, and documentation Work closely with engineering, operations, quality, and accounting teams to ensure customer requirements are met Assist with RFQ submissions, order entry portals, and internal reporting Coordinate with accounting on invoicing support and outstanding balances Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in
Business, Engineering, or a related field 3+ years of experience
in customer service, inside sales, outside sales, or sales support roles Experience working in
technical, manufacturing, aerospace, or industrial environments
is a plus Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple customer accounts in a fast-paced environment Experience using
CRM or ERP systems
(such as Salesforce, JD Edwards, or similar platforms) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency with
Microsoft Office tools Comfortable working with both inbound customer requests and outbound sales activities Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $60,000 – $90,000 annually Medical, dental, and vision insurance Employer
