Assist customers with U-Haul products and services both inside and outside the center Utilize smartphone technology to manage rentals and inventory Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers, ensuring proper maintenance and safety Clean and inspect equipment, checking fluid levels and overall condition Prepare rental invoices and assist with the return of equipment Qualifications
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record High school diploma or equivalent Ability to perform physical tasks, including moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs Willingness to participate in ongoing training and education Ability to follow safety precautions while handling equipment and working in a warehouse environment Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service or a related field Certification in forklift operation or willingness to obtain certification through U-Haul Experience with equipment maintenance and inspection Familiarity with U-Haul products and services Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Benefits
