Assist customers inside and outside the employer center with products and services
Utilize smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory
Move and hook up vehicles and trailers as needed
Clean and inspect equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and fluid levels
Prepare rental invoices and process returned equipment
What is Required (Qualifications)
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting equipment weighing at least 50 lbs.
Willingness to use protective gear when necessary
Capability to work around moving parts or machines and potential irritants
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous customer service experience in a retail or service environment
Familiarity with rental equipment or logistics operations
Ability to obtain certifications for equipment handling and safety procedures
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
