We work with global clients across sectors to drive sustainable growth through cutting-edge consulting solutions, talent development, and strategic partnerships. About the Role: To support the growth of Boston Academy and meet the evolving talent needs of our clients, we are hiring a seasoned professional to lead our global university recruiting and academic partnership initiatives. This role is critical to strengthening our early-career talent pipeline, enhancing our employer brand on campuses, and aligning recruitment strategies with both internal and client workforce planning objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute university hiring and partnership strategies aligned with business and client needs Design and manage internship, co-op, and graduate recruitment programs Build long-term relationships with academic institutions and student organizations Collaborate with Boston Academy leadership and client teams to forecast and meet talent requirements Lead initiatives to elevate employer branding across university campuses and online platforms Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business, or related field 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition or university recruiting Proven track record in academic partnerships and early-career program development Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Korean or Japanese is a strong advantage Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills Preferred: Experience with global university recruiting and international academic collaborations Background in consulting, technology, or education sectors
