What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Utilize consultative sales techniques to identify and meet prospective customers' needs

Manage the sales process from initiation to completion, including following up on leads and processing orders

Oversee the renewal process for assigned accounts, ensuring timely completion

Document all sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce.com (SFDC)

Collaborate with Inside Sales Managers and field representatives to ensure customer satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications)

1 - 3 years of experience in sales or transferable skills

Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales goals

Basic knowledge of cloud technologies

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Bachelor’s degree

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Inside sales experience with a focus on outbound calls

Sales experience in the K–12 marketplace

Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with CRM applications, specifically Salesforce

Enthusiastic and open to feedback for continuous improvement
