The Direct Sales Agent Specialist is responsible for the profitable growth and attainment of business goals by driving new business sales and understanding customers’ needs to build rapport and trust. This role drives sales and builds and retains a book of business within the market or retail location. The position attracts and generates new customers and cross-sells existing customers, supporting our product offerings including but not limited to Auto, Life, Auto Club, and Roadside Assistance. This role sells to walk-in customers, markets products outside the office via marketing calls and in-person visits, creating community relationships to promote growth and assists customers in the office. Responsibilities

Drive new business sales and achieve growth targets. Build and retain a book of business within the market location. Attract and generate new customers and cross-sell existing customers across offered products (Auto, Life, Auto Club, Roadside Assistance). Sell to walk-in customers and market products outside the office via calls and in-person visits to build community relationships. Growth and Culture

Operate in an entrepreneurial, performance-based, results-focused environment. Participate in a multi-tiered and comprehensive paid training program. Benefit from a base hourly rate plus uncapped monthly incentive. Minimum Qualifications

0–2 years of experience. P&C licensing (Preferred) or must attain required licensure within 90 days of joining the company. Preferred Skills and Competencies

Successfully closes sales of insurance and ancillary products. Meets and exceeds sales goals through new product sales and cross-sell/retention of customers. Leverages community contacts to build a sales pipeline and maintains an active physical presence in the community. Initiates outbound calling to established target customer base for product offerings. Monitors local market competitors and suggests initiatives to improve market position. Works with Direct Sales Leadership to plan, implement, and manage marketing and sales processes to achieve production and growth goals. Delivers optimal results within metrics such as quality, quantity, timeliness, productivity, customer satisfaction, and financial performance, while complying with rules and standards. Understands and stays current on underwriting guidelines, announcements, and memos related to company policies and procedures. Receives customer payments, issues receipts, and verifies cash drawer reports. Compensation

Base compensation:

$20.00 per hour Total Compensation:
