We’re looking for a creative and driven Marketing Manager to help us tell our story and spread the word about our products across the fire service industry. Position Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and strengthen BFX Fire Apparatus position in the firetruck manufacturing market. This person will be hands-on, managing everything from digital campaigns to trade shows, working closely with leadership and sales to make sure the right audiences know who we are and what we build. Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to promote BFX Fire Apparatus products and brand. Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms, collateral, and communications. Manage company website, Search Engine Optimization, and digital presence to ensure updated content and visibility. Oversee social media accounts, creating engaging content to grow followers and drive awareness. Run email campaigns and online advertising to support sales goals. Events & Trade Shows Plan, organize, and execute participation in industry trade shows, conferences, and community events. Support sales team with event marketing materials, product brochures, and presentations. Create compelling marketing collateral including brochures, videos, case studies, and newsletters. Manage photography and video production for product launches, customer stories, and behind-the-scenes brand storytelling. Partner with the sales team to provide tools, presentations, and campaigns that drive leads and close deals. Track performance of marketing activities and report ROI. Public Relations Build and maintain relationships with industry media, associations, and community organizations. Draft press releases, announcements, and articles to showcase company milestones and innovations. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in manufacturing, automotive, heavy equipment, or related industries. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (social media, SEO, Google Ads, email platforms). Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects. Hands-on, creative thinker with an eye for design and brand consistency. Benefits
