Assist customers with vehicle selection, test drives, and purchases Present pricing, financing, and leasing options Build repeat and referral business through outstanding service Stay current on inventory, incentives, and promotions Collaborate with finance and service teams to close deals Qualifications
Automotive sales experience preferred (not required) Strong communication and customer service skills Goal-driven, motivated, and team-oriented Valid driver’s license and basic CRM/computer skills $60,000–$120,000+ earning potential
