Corp Atlanta Ravinia, Three Ravinia Drive, Suite 100, 30346 The Director, F&B Operations is responsible for leading the F&B Operations team to provide dedicated food and beverage support to franchisees and their hotel teams in order to positively impact the guest experience and increase owner profitability and success. Your day to day

Act as the primary F&B liaison to franchisees – GMs, PCs, and Owners – ensuring that they are working alongside IHG to drive on-property F&B revenues and satisfaction, thereby strengthening brand delivery and IHG profitability Manage team of F&B Operations Support Managers to provide strategic direction and consultation to Hotel General Managers and F&B Directors in their assigned portfolios within the Americas region Assist hotels with embedment and sustainment of IHG F&B programs and standards; Provide tools, resources, and best practices to improve F&B operational efficiency and core knowledge Provide input / expertise / feedback to key internal stakeholders on branded F&B concepts and programs; Support pilot testing, program rollout / implementation, and continuous improvement activities as needed What we need from you

Thorough understanding of hotel and / or F&B programs including, but not limited to, banquet operations, restaurant operations, and bar operations Effective verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of providing information to hotel teams, Owners, and key internal partners. Must be able to articulate F&B, business, and culinary terms Excellent computer skills to include Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and relational databases Knowledge / skills leveraging property operating systems (i.e., Micros, Bartech, Domestic, Delphi, Fidelio FO and S&C, and Opera PO strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to drive results through effective problem solving while managing multiple people / tasks / projects 10 years of progressive F&B Operations experience including department-head responsibilities, preferably with experience running or managing hotel F&B experiences Travel

Travel - 25% required Location

Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in the ATLANTA office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business. Compensation and Benefits
