The Brand & Advertising Manager plays a key supporting role in ensuring the accurate, compliant, and effective execution of Neuberger’s commercial programming spanning paid advertising, integrated campaigns, product promotions, branded content and more across display, video, search, social, paid social, and emerging channels. You will own end-to-end program coordination — from brief intake and media planning through trafficking, live monitoring, agency management, and performance reporting — while also stewarding governance frameworks and cross-functional processes that enable the broader marketing organization to operate with speed and precision. Responsibilities: Campaign Setup & Coordination Execute the global brand strategy, ensuring alignment with firm priorities, business objectives, and market trends.

Translate strategic goals into integrated campaigns, developing campaign briefs and recommending channel mix and audience targeting across digital, social, sponsorships and offline channels

Lead and oversee end-to-end campaign setup including trafficking of creative assets (specs, copy, URLs, and tracking parameters) and maintaining trackers covering dates, deliverables, owners, and status

Partner with the Social Media Coordinator to align paid social assets with the broader media plan

Creative Assets, Specs & Approvals Ensure creative files meet platform and ad unit specifications across all channels

Manage internal review and approval workflows, routing materials through Compliance, Legal, and other stakeholders

Manage an organized repository of assets, specs, media plans, and campaign documentation

Campaign Monitoring, Optimization & Performance Assist in confirming launches, flight dates, budgets, and optimizations

Ensure appropriate A/B and multivariate testing is applied in campaign design and ongoing optimization

Support and execute the design and implementation of performance measurement frameworks and targets (e.g., ROMI, MQL/Actionable Insights, CPC), evolving these over time as campaign data matures

Support actionable next steps based on performance reports insights into actionable recommendations

Agency & Vendor Management Coordinate with media and creative agency partners on day-to-day campaign execution, providing clear direction, feedback, and timely communication of project objectives

Reconcile and process invoices and SOWs ensuring billing aligns with approved media plans; flag budget risks and overspend or under-delivery proactively

Cross-Functional Coordination Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Product, Channel Marketing, Internal Communications (employee platforms) and External Communications, Content, and Corporate Events teams — as well as external agencies — to ensure programs launch accurately, run smoothly, and are measured effectively

Support digital and content teams to confirm campaign landing pages, messaging, user journeys, tracking, and tags meet campaign objectives

Maintain shared documentation including programming calendars, media summaries, and process checklists

Process, Governance & Best Practices Ensuring all planning activities adhere to brand standards, regulatory requirements, work flows and internal policies

Identify and contribute to process refinements that improve the speed, accuracy, and transparency of campaign execution, including enhancements to templates, trackers, and workflows

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

7+ years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or integrated campaign management

Financial services experience required; asset management strongly preferred

Proven track record managing agency relationships and coordinating complex, multi-channel campaigns

Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously

Analytical mindset with experience using campaign performance data to inform recommendations; familiarity with performance metrics

Experience with project management tools (Monday.com, Airtable, or Workfront) preferred

This is a hybrid position. Currently, the hybrid work schedule for this position is 3 days in the office. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, business sector, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, market benchmarking data, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package.
