Position Summary We’re hiring a Director of Product to own the strategic direction of our product, defining where it goes, why it matters, and how we prioritize what gets built. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, company goals, and technical direction.
You will own the long‑term product roadmap, make final prioritization decisions, and ensure our product investments align with customer needs, revenue objectives, and platform evolution. This is a senior, high‑impact role focused on clarity, alignment, and decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with executive leadership team to align product and company objectives
Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with company strategy
Translate business goals and market opportunities into product direction
Own and drive a 12‑18 month strategic product roadmap
Set product priorities, themes, and sequencing across initiatives
Serve as the escalation point and final approver for high‑impact product decisions
Balance customer needs, revenue goals, and delivery capacity
Collaborate with engineering leadership to align product ambition with platform scalability
Lead, develop, and grow the product management team through coaching, mentorship, and clear product practices
Analyze product and technology investments to identify cost efficiencies and operational improvements
Own and drive product delivery across the Agile development lifecycle
Required Qualifications
8+ years of product management experience, including senior product leadership
Proven ownership of product strategy and long‑term road‑mapping
Strong business and revenue alignment mindset
Experience partnering deeply with engineering leadership
Comfortable making high‑impact decisions with incomplete information
Experience managing international teams across multiple time zones
Experience with healthcare interoperability (EMR), value‑based care, and population health
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with enterprise healthcare software or SaaS platforms
Strong interest or experience applying AI/ML solutions in healthcare
Familiarity with healthcare data analytics, APIs, cloud architectures, and security/compliance requirements
Experience in startup or high‑growth environments
Base Salary: $160K–$170K base salary, plus performance bonus and benefits, commensurate with experience.
