About RPM Healthcare

RPM Healthcare partners with leading health systems and large medical groups to deliver scalable, outcomes-driven remote patient monitoring programs. We operate as an extension of our partners, driving patient engagement, clinical outcomes, and revenue performance.

Role

This is a pure hunter role.

You are responsible for sourcing, developing, and closing new enterprise partnerships with health systems and large provider groups. You will engage directly with C‑suite executives, own the full sales cycle, and be accountable for real revenue outcomes. You are expected to create your own pipeline, build relationships, and close business.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage relationships with C‑suite and senior leaders across health systems
  • Source your own opportunities through outreach, network, and industry presence
  • Lead complex sales cycles from first conversation to signed contract
  • Close high‑value enterprise deals
  • Drive meaningful new revenue growth
  • Identify expansion opportunities within accounts
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline and forecasting process
  • Represent RPM Healthcare in the market with credibility and confidence

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of business development experience with a clear track record of sourcing and closing your own deals
  • Experience selling into health systems or large provider organizations
  • Proven ability to engage and sell to C‑suite executives
  • Strong hunter mentality; proactive, persistent, and accountable
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment
  • Strong communication and executive presence
  • Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles

Compensation

  • Total Compensation: $300,000+
  • Base Salary: $90,000 – $140,000 (based on experience and relationships)
  • On‑target, year 1 commission and bonuses: $135,000 – $235,000 (Based on target revenue)
