Overview Interactive Resources is seeking a skilled and motivated Remote Sr. Business Development Executive to join our amazing organization. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and drive business growth by adding and managing new clients to our expanding portfolio. This role would focus on a territory that covers the state of Florida. You would be tasked with landing logos and driving revenue.

Responsibilities

Expand client list: Your primary objective will be to add net new business to our client list. Identify and target potential clients who align with our service offerings and can benefit from our staffing solutions.

Prospect and pitch: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and their staffing needs. Develop effective sales pitches and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of partnering with Interactive Resources.

Lead generation: Utilize various lead generation strategies such as networking events, industry conferences, online platforms, and referrals to generate new business opportunities. Actively pursue and follow up on leads to convert them into clients.

Relationship building: Build strong and long-lasting relationships with prospective clients by understanding their business goals and challenges. Provide consultative solutions that align with their needs, demonstrating our expertise and commitment to their success.

Sales negotiation: Skillfully negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service-level agreements with potential clients. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the proposed solutions meet both the client\'s expectations and Interactive Resources\' objectives.

Thoroughly vet and prospect new clients: In addition to adding net new business, you will also be responsible for vetting and prospecting new clients to generate job orders on a weekly basis.

Business development for large accounts: Lead the business development efforts for large/premium accounts that have significant staffing needs. Drive growth by identifying new opportunities and developing strategies to expand existing accounts.

Collaboration with recruitment team: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a clear understanding of job requirements and qualifications. Provide guidance and support in sourcing the right candidates for client positions.

Candidate presentation: Present selected candidates to clients in a professional and concise manner. Be prepared to answer any questions regarding their experience and skill set.

Foster teamwork: Promote a collaborative and team-oriented environment, both internally and externally. Build strong relationships with colleagues and clients to drive mutual success.

Requirements

Minimum of 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a strong focus on prospecting and acquiring new accounts.

Track record of landing new accounts and building out and growing revenue within accounts.

Familiarity with the Florida Market and knowledge of the local business community.

Proficient in all aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, cold calling, relationship development, client presentations, and solution delivery.

Experience in agency staffing, high-volume sales, or account management is preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a high-paced, high-stress environment.

Dynamic, friendly, and outgoing personality with a passion for building relationships.

Bachelor\'s degree from a four-year college or equivalent work experience.
