Read and interpret architectural drawings and shop plans Fabricate custom millwork, including cabinetry, paneling, fixtures, and trim Operate woodworking equipment such as CNC machines, table saws, routers, and edge banders Perform precise joinery and assembly Sand, prep, and assist with finishing as needed Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and craftsmanship Maintain a clean and safe work environment Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines Minimum Qualifications
2+ years of experience in custom millwork, cabinetry, or woodworking Ability to read and interpret shop drawings Experience with woodworking tools and machinery Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Physical Demands
Must be able to perform with or without reasonable accommodation: Standing for long periods of time Repeating the same movements Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls Schedule
Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays as needed 8 hour shift Overtime Weekends as needed Work Location: In person Salary: $20 - $45 per week
