Answer inbound calls and assist members with questions related to memberships Deliver personalized solutions and recommend valuable products and services Engage with members using strong communication and a friendly, problem-solving mindset Navigate multiple systems and tools while actively listening and multitasking Participate in ongoing coaching and development to continually enhance performance What is Required (Qualifications)
Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are required Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) High school diploma or GED Ability to pass a background check and drug screening How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
