European Brand Manager – PPE Location: Flexible across Europe (preferred - Netherlands, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, UK) About the Role We are looking for a
strategic, commercially minded European Brand Manager
to lead the PPE portfolio within our Orthopaedic Instruments division.
PPE : Personal protection equipment | Stryker
You will operate as the
pan-European brand expert , shaping strategy, driving portfolio growth, and leading a critical
market assessment to unlock new opportunities , including future category expansion.
You will work across countries, functions, and senior stakeholders to define the direction of the portfolio and ensure strong execution across Europe.
What You Will Do Strategy & Growth
Define and lead the
European brand strategy
aligned with global direction
Deliver
annual and long-range plans
to drive growth, profitability, and market share
Lead a
strategic market assessment
to identify future expansion opportunities and support upcoming product launches
Build and execute a
3–5 year portfolio roadmap
Execution & Commercial Impact
Develop scalable
marketing campaigns, tools, and assets
for local market activation
Drive
product lifecycle management
(launches, optimization, phase-out)
Partner with country leadership to
forecast demand
and align with supply chain
Monitor performance and define
data-driven actions
to improve results
Stakeholder & Market Engagement
Act as the
central point of contact
for local marketing and sales teams across Europe
Build strong relationships with
key opinion leaders (KOLs)
and customers
Collaborate cross-functionally (Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Education, R&D)
Education & Customer Experience
Shape and deliver
European customer engagement initiatives
(events, congresses, hands-on programs)
Partner with the Education team to define and implement
training strategies
Drive internal and external
brand awareness and value perception
Portfolio Development
Contribute to
new product development, line extensions, and M&A initiatives
Support the evolution of the portfolio in line
What You Bring Experience & Background
8+ years of professional experience
5+ years in
medical devices, marketing, or commercial roles
Experience working across
multiple European markets
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus
Skills & Capabilities
Strong
strategic thinking
combined with hands‑on execution
Highly
analytical and data‑driven
Excellent
communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to influence and lead
without direct authority
Comfortable operating in a
complex, evolving environment
Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
Other Requirements
Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)
Willingness to travel across Europe (~40%)
