We are seeking a high-performing VP of Sales & After Sales to lead and scale our direct-to-consumer sales operations while overseeing after-sales performance. This role is both strategic and hands-on. You will drive sales execution, optimize conversion across the funnel, and ensure a seamless service experience from first contact through delivery and post-delivery support. You will work closely with marketing, operations, and service teams to align demand, production, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to consistently hit and exceed targets Build a strong performance culture with accountability and ownership Sales Funnel & Conversion Optimization

Own the full sales funnel from inbound lead to signed contract Analyze funnel performance and implement improvements Ensure fast, consistent, and high-quality follow-up across all leads CRM & HubSpot Management

Manage and optimize HubSpot pipelines, workflows, and reporting Ensure data accuracy and visibility across all sales activities Improve lead tracking, qualification, and nurturing processes Oversee after-sales operations to ensure high customer satisfaction Monitor service KPIs (response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction) Identify recurring issues and work with operations to improve product and processes Ensure smooth handoff from sales to delivery and post-delivery support Turn after-sales into a loyalty and referral driver Process & Sales Operations

Standardize sales and service processes across all channels Build and maintain playbooks, scripts, and training materials Coordinate closely with operations to align sales commitments with production capacity Partner with marketing to improve lead quality and campaign performance Qualifications

8+ years of experience in sales, including team leadership Experience in direct-to-consumer or high-ticket sales environments Strong understanding of customer journey beyond the sale (delivery, service, retention) Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM Data-driven and process-oriented mindset Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Compensation

Base Salary + Bonus based on experience: $160,000 – $220,000 Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and company holidays 401k Growth potential within a rapidly scaling, design-forward company
