Responsibilities
Coordinate and facilitate the involvement of GitLab team members to meet sales targets
Build and manage relationships with the GitLab field sales organization
Engage proactively with GitLab Account Executives and regional leadership
Identify and support regional-specific demand generation and pipeline activities
Prepare presentations, territory plans, and reports as required
Qualifications
Experience selling software development tools or application lifecycle management solutions
Experience with B2B sales and selling open source solutions
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Native German speaker with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to travel up to 50% and comply with the company’s travel policy
Preferred Qualifications
Established personal network within the software development industry
Results-oriented perspective with the ability to remain calm under pressure
Familiarity with GitLab and Salesforce
