Overview
We are seeking a confident, experienced, and highly organized Property Manager to take full ownership of daily operations at Kingston Green in
Apple Valley, MN.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads with accountability, and is ready to elevate both the resident experience and team performance.
As the on-site leader, you will oversee all aspects of property operations—from leasing and resident relations to maintenance coordination and community presentation. We’re looking for someone who is not only capable, but excited to take charge and drive results.
Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership
Oversee the daily functions of the office, housekeeping and maintenance teams, ensuring smooth, efficient operations.
Train, mentor, and develop staff in leasing and customer service
Set, track, and achieve monthly operational goals with a focus on occupancy, delinquency, and compliance.
Property & Grounds Oversight
Conduct regular inspections of the grounds, buildings, and vacant units to ensure cleanliness, safety, and readiness.
Identify and address maintenance needs promptly while coordinating with on-site staff.
Leasing & Marketing
Lead by example in showing and leasing apartments.
Market the community to prospective residents to maintain strong occupancy.
Administrative Excellence
Maintain organized, detailed records, hit deadlines and ensure all operational processes are followed consistently.
Uphold company standards and foster a positive, professional environment for residents and staff.

$29-$32 - Based off experience
