Reports to: Head of Marketing / CMO
Role Overview We are looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to help build, execute, and continuously improve our B2B demand generation engine.
This is a hands‑on, execution‑driven role focused on creating qualified pipeline for mid‑market and enterprise sales. You will work closely with the CMO, Sales, BDRs, and RevOps to turn GTM priorities into measurable demand programs.
You are comfortable running campaigns end to end, experimenting with channels and messaging, using data to optimize performance, and leveraging AI and automation to move faster and smarter.
This is not a brand or communications role.
Success is measured in pipeline created, conversion rates, and ROI .
Key Responsibilities Demand Generation Execution Execute multi‑channel B2B demand generation campaigns, including: Email and marketing automation
LinkedIn (organic and paid)
Paid media (where relevant)
Content activation (whitepapers, case studies, reports)
Webinars and virtual sessions as scalable demand‑generation assets
Own campaigns end to end: Targeting and segmentation
Campaign setup and activation
Performance tracking and optimization
Translate GTM priorities defined by the CMO into concrete, executable programs
Funnel & Pipeline Contribution Own key parts of the funnel from lead to sales‑accepted pipeline
Partner closely with Sales and BDR teams to: Support outbound and account‑based motions
Improve lead quality, conversion rates, and velocity
Identify funnel bottlenecks and propose data‑driven improvements
AI, Automation & Experimentation Use AI and automation to: Improve targeting, segmentation, and personalization
Accelerate content creation and campaign execution
Optimize campaign performance
Experiment with new channels, tools, and approaches in a pragmatic way
Document learnings and scale what works
Marketing Technology & Performance Operate and continuously improve the marketing stack in collaboration with RevOps: CRM and marketing automation
Enrichment, intent, and analytics tools
Ensure clean execution, reliable attribution, and actionable reporting
Build campaign‑level insights for the CMO and marketing leadership
Profile & Experience Required
4–7 years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing
Strong hands‑on experience running multi‑channel campaigns
Comfortable working with data, metrics, and performance dashboards
Experience collaborating closely with Sales and/or BDR teams
Familiarity with modern marketing tools and automation platforms
Curious, experimental mindset with a strong execution bias
Nice to Have
Experience in B2B SaaS with mid‑market or enterprise sales cycles
Exposure to ABM or account‑based motions
Experience using AI tools in marketing execution
Experience in fast‑growing or PE‑backed environments
Light exposure to product messaging or GTM positioning
