Mohr Partners (www.mohrpartners.com), a global corporate real estate advisory firm, is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join its marketing team. This role serves as the primary driver of RFP and RFI response coordination while supporting a broad range of content creation needs across the firm’s corporate real estate service lines.
The ideal candidate brings experience in proposal development and marketing content production, with familiarity in commercial real estate deliverables such as property flyers, offering memoranda and pitch materials. A strong background in producing professional, client-focused content that aligns with corporate brand standards is highly desirable. Comfort with AI-powered tools within a modern marketing workflow is a plus.
We are looking for a proactive self-starter with strong written communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision and the willingness to collaborate with a diverse team of corporate real estate and marketing professionals across the globe. This is a hybrid position based in Dallas, TX.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end coordination and production of responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), including content gathering, writing, design and on-time submission
Produce and format core CRE marketing deliverables, including offering memoranda, property flyers, pitch decks and property eblasts, ensuring consistency in style and adherence to brand guidelines
Collaborate with brokers, service-line leaders and subject matter experts to gather insights, ensure accurate messaging and tailor proposal narratives to specific client needs
Design and develop visually appealing PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate key messages and support marketing initiatives
Create visuals (charts, tables, infographics, etc.) to complement written content, ensuring brand consistency
Edit and proofread content for accuracy and professionalism, maintaining high-quality standards
Develop engaging written content for case studies, presentations and blog articles that are aligned with brand messaging
Maintain and update a library of templates, standard responses, case studies, and other marketing assets to reflect current service offerings
Manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of content for submissions and marketing initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field, or equivalent work experience
2–3 years of professional experience in managing or supporting marketing efforts, preferably in a corporate or real estate environment
Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills, with a strong command of English grammar and style
Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality written and visual materials, with a preference for RFP/RFI responses and marketing content; a portfolio showcasing relevant work is strongly desired
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign and Illustrator (required); Photoshop proficiency is a plus
Familiarity with AI-powered tools and a demonstrated ability to apply them practically in a marketing context, including content ideation, drafting and workflow efficiency
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Word)
Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Keen attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, accurate content
Proactive self-starter who takes initiative and can work independently without constant direction or supervision
