Benefits Full Time Competitive salary Opportunity for advancement Full-Time In-Field Marketing & Client Intake Specialist ComForCare Home Care – Farmington Valley, CT (Glastonbury & Avon) Position Overview ComForCare Home Care is seeking a driven and personable In-Field Marketing & Client Intake Specialist to help grow our client base and support new client onboarding across our Glastonbury and Avon locations. This is a dynamic, hands‑on role that blends community outreach, relationship building, and client intake coordination. What We Offer Salary: $60,000 Full‑time schedule with benefits Career growth opportunities within a rapidly growing home care agency Supportive, team‑oriented work environment Key Responsibilities In-Field Marketing & Community Outreach Promote our services by visiting senior centers, hospitals, rehab facilities, and other referral sources Attend health fairs, networking events, and community gatherings to generate leads Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and local organizations Represent ComForCare professionally at all outreach events Track and report marketing activities and lead generation results Client Intake & Onboarding Conduct client intakes, including needs assessments and documentation collection Serve as the first point of contact for clients and families, delivering a welcoming experience Coordinate with care teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients Maintain accurate records of inquiries, referrals, and intake data Follow up with leads to convert prospects into active clients General Support Assist both Glastonbury and Avon offices with marketing and client-related tasks Identify opportunities for business growth and community partnerships Provide occasional administrative support related to marketing and intake Qualifications Experience in in‑field marketing, sales, business development, or community outreach (healthcare preferred) Strong interpersonal and communication skills with confidence in face‑to‑face interactions Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities independently Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations and events Experience with client intake, CRM systems, or customer service is a plus Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and proactive Join us in making a difference in the lives of seniors and their families while growing your career in a rewarding field. #J-18808-Ljbffr
