Nanuet, NY 10954 Responsibilities
Greet customers on the sales floor and conduct needs analysis including preferences for make, type, and vehicle features. Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation in the showroom or during test drives. Research vehicle availability and optional equipment using computer databases. Collaborate with Sales and Finance & Insurance Managers to negotiate sales price, trade-in allowance, discounts, and financing or lease options. Inspect inventory regularly by walking the lot and performing visual checks. Complete all necessary paperwork and coordinate vehicle delivery. Deliver vehicles to customers and familiarize them with vehicle operation. Attend and complete required training sessions and department meetings. Maintain regular and consistent attendance.
