As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for managing all sales activities at the dealership. Your role will include generating and managing sales leads and providing excellent customer service to help maintain and grow our success. Key Responsibilities

Greet customers on the sales floor and conduct a needs analysis to identify desired vehicle type and features. Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation both in the showroom and during test drives. Research vehicle availability and optional equipment using computer databases. Collaborate with Sales and F&I Managers to negotiate sales price, trade-in allowances, financing, and lease payments. Inspect inventory by walking the lot regularly. Complete all necessary paperwork and coordinate vehicle delivery and registration. Deliver vehicles and familiarize customers with their new cars. Participate in required training sessions and department meetings. Maintain regular and predictable attendance. Benefits

Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to organize and maintain thorough follow-up with clients both before and after sales. Current valid driver’s license.
