Job Details
- Salary: From $45,000 to $60,000 per year
- Job Type: Full Time
- Location: Bedford Hills, NY 15522
As a Parts Counter Person, you will play a key role in supporting our parts department by delivering excellent customer service, managing parts inventory, and assisting technicians and customers efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Order, receive, and bill all automotive parts accurately
- Maintain proper storage and organization of parts inventory
- Stock shelves and keep the parts department neat and clean
- Assist retail customers and service technicians, including answering phones professionally
- Manage parts inventory through bin counts and detailed record keeping
- Handle pick-up and delivery of parts as needed
- Provide outstanding customer service at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications
- One to two years of prior automotive parts experience in a retail or dealership environment
- Customer-oriented and self-motivated team player
- Computer literate with basic data entry skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license with a clean or near-clean driving record
- Flexibility to work some evenings and Saturdays
