As a Parts Counter Person, you will play a key role in supporting our parts department by delivering excellent customer service, managing parts inventory, and assisting technicians and customers efficiently. Key Responsibilities
Order, receive, and bill all automotive parts accurately Maintain proper storage and organization of parts inventory Stock shelves and keep the parts department neat and clean Assist retail customers and service technicians, including answering phones professionally Manage parts inventory through bin counts and detailed record keeping Handle pick-up and delivery of parts as needed Provide outstanding customer service at all times Perform other duties as assigned by management Work Schedule
